Our Chinese medicine powders are certified by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore, and they're made from decoction and concentration of herbs. Generally, the daily dose can be divided into 2 packs which should be taken in the morning and evening; special dosage and usage may depend on the condition. To consume, pour one sachet of medicine powder into 1/3 cup of warm water, stir until dissolved then take; you may add honey to relieve the bitterness of the medicine. If Western medicine or health supplements are taken at the same time, they should be separated by 1-2 hours. While taking Chinese medicine, abstain from eating raw, tea, coffee, sour, or oily food. Please follow the instructions accordingly.
